NBA Playoffs Second Round: Picks for Lakers vs. Warriors Game 2 | Parlay and Player Prop Research

Welcome to our parlay and player prop research for the matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors on May 4, 2023. Take a look at the numbers we are including in every bet for today and play them either straight or in a parlay.

The lineup for today

If you are looking to play these picks in a parlay, we recommend the following adjustments for a +575 SGP:

Becoming the first Laker since Shaq to record a 30-20 playoff game, a fantastic night from Anthony Davis led Los Angeles to steal game one in San Francisco. Coming into this matchup with an added sense of urgency, the Warriors will be looking to do anything and everything to slow down the Lakers’ center, but there is a strong case for the Warriors and their pedigree at home to get the job done. With the teams settling into the series, expect a better showing from a Golden State team that nearly completed the comeback in game one, giving them the victory heading to Los Angeles.

Golden State -6 (-110) | Game Line

Golden State has been a dominant home team, not just this season but across the dynasty of Curry, Klay, and Dray. Looking back across the past two postseasons, the Warriors thrive off the energy of the Chase Center and should ride this wave into hitting this line, a feat they have accomplished 63% of the time.

D’Angelo Russell (-125) | Player Prop

Though Davis looked nearly unstoppable, it is hard to see him repeating the same level of heroics, meaning that there will be plenty of room for other Lakers to shine. Russell has been a spark plug for LA this year, particularly in the playoffs, where he has hit this line in 71% of games.

Draymond Green o6.5 Rebounds (-115) | Player Prop

After a disappointing showing in the first game, allowing Davis to collect 23 boards, Draymond will be fighting tooth and nail to make his presence felt. Always one for the fans, Green sees his average shoot up in home games, where he hits this line over two thirds of the time.

Jordan Poole o1.5 3-PT Made  (-160) | Player Prop
Golden State had the trio of Poole, Curry, and Klay all firing from deep, but Poole still sees his line at a surprisingly low total. After hitting this line in 69% of all games this year he has only improved in his five games against the Lakers, hitting this line in every game this year.
